Hers draws 403,015 monthly organic visits in the US from 49,404 keywords, with 19,849 in the top three. Their position is concentrated in weight loss, where they hold first place on "peptides for weight loss" at 82,000 searches a month. The demand they have not taken is the compounded and formulation-specific GLP-1 layer, which carries the highest CPCs in the category.

01
The scale, and where it came from
Hers is roughly half of Hims by keyword count and 40% by traffic, built on a narrower category set and a later start.\n\nThe interesting comparison is paid. Hers runs 42,044 monthly paid visits at $256,758, against Ro's 302,186 at $1.93M. In the same category, at a comparable organic scale, one brand is spending seven times more than the other.
| Metric | Organic | Paid |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly visits | 403,015 | 42,044 |
| Monthly value | $1,294,267 | $256,758 |
| Keywords | 49,404 | 1,142 |
| Keywords in the top 3 | 19,849 |
That difference is what an early organic position is worth in a category with $10 CPCs. Hers is not spending because it does not have to on the terms it already holds.
02
What they took, and what they did not
Non-branded keywords with commercial or transactional intent and a CPC above $2.50.
| Keyword | Volume | KD | CPC | Position | Traffic |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| peptides for weight loss | 82,000 | 15 | $3.06 | 1 | 3,601 |
| weight loss shots | 34,000 | 44 | $6.35 | 17 | 207 |
| semaglutide cost | 33,000 | 65 | $4.82 | 7 | 1,967 |
| tirzepatide compound | 18,000 | 17 | $10.10 | 20 | 60 |
| weight loss peptides | 9,800 | 19 | $3.84 | 1 | 737 |
| what is the strongest weight loss prescription pill | 9,500 | 59 | $3.00 | 11 | 219 |
"peptides for weight loss" is the position that matters. 82,000 searches at difficulty 15, first place, 3,601 visits a month. Ro holds first place on the same term and takes 604. Same position, six times the traffic, which usually means the page behind it answers the query properly rather than redirecting to a product.\n\n"tirzepatide compound" is the one they left. 18,000 searches at difficulty 17 and a $10.10 CPC, and they sit at position 20. Difficulty 17 on a term the paid market values at ten dollars a click is the single clearest opening across all ten of these teardowns.
03
Where the flank is open
The compounded layer is unclaimed, and it is where the money is.\n\n"tirzepatide compound" at difficulty 17 and $10.10, with the incumbent at position 20, is a term a focused brand can take inside an engagement. The same is true across the compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide set, where the regulatory framing is complex enough that most brands publish nothing rather than publish carefully. That is exactly the work our GLP-1 playbook is built around, and the difficulty scores show nobody is doing it.\n\nThe formulation layer is the second gap. Oral GLP-1 demand is growing and neither Hers nor Ro holds it: "glp 1 pills" carries 66,000 searches at $10.51 and Ro is at position 18.\n\nThe third is that their strongest positions sit at difficulty 15 and 19. Those are not defended, they are early. A better sourced, clinically reviewed page takes them.
