Ro draws 749,354 monthly organic visits in the US from 59,816 keywords, with 29,750 in the top three. Their strongest position by far is the GLP-1 dosing cluster, where they hold first place on terms like "tirzepatide dosage" at 44,000 searches a month. Alongside that they run 302,186 monthly paid visits at roughly $1.93M, which is the heaviest paid programme in the category.

01
Organic and paid, side by side
Most telehealth brands run one channel well and neglect the other. Ro runs both hard, which makes the comparison unusually informative.\n\nTheir paid spend is 57% of the value of their organic traffic. Put another way, they are paying nearly two thirds again on top of an organic position most brands in this category would consider finished.
| Metric | Organic | Paid |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly visits | 749,354 | 302,186 |
| Monthly value | $3,379,518 | $1,928,435 |
| Keywords | 59,816 | 1,924 |
| Keywords in the top 3 | 29,750 |
The reason is category specific. GLP-1 is where transactional demand is most valuable and most contested, and Ro is defending a position rather than building one. That is an expensive place to be, and it is the position every brand that waits ends up in.
02
The dosing cluster is the whole strategy
This is the part worth copying, and almost nobody does it.\n\nRo holds first position across the GLP-1 dosing cluster. Not the buying terms, the dosing terms: the queries a patient runs after they have a prescription and are working out what week four looks like.
| Keyword | Volume | KD | Position | Traffic |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| tirzepatide dosage | 44,000 | 42 | 1 | 6,952 |
| tirzepatide dosage chart | 44,000 | 20 | 1 | 6,905 |
| semaglutide weight loss dosage chart | 15,000 | 48 | 1 | 2,890 |
| retatrutide dosage | 17,000 | 1 | 1 | 1,966 |
| mounjaro dosage chart | 17,000 | 39 | 1 | 623 |
| ozempic dosage chart | 14,000 | 60 | 1 | 567 |
Those six positions alone carry more than 19,900 visits a month, and the wider dosing set runs past 22,000.\n\nThe strategic read is that dosing content does two jobs at once. It captures the patient who is already medicated, which is a retention and adherence audience rather than an acquisition one, and it builds the topical depth that makes the transactional terms rankable later. Ro built the base first and the money pages second, which is the order our weight loss playbook argues for.
03
Where the buying demand actually sits
Filtering to non-branded keywords with commercial or transactional intent and a CPC above $2.50 gives the demand a competitor is fighting for.
| Keyword | Volume | KD | CPC | Position | Traffic |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| peptides for weight loss | 82,000 | 15 | $3.06 | 1 | 604 |
| glp 1 pills | 66,000 | 44 | $10.51 | 18 | 408 |
| oral minoxidil | 45,000 | 34 | $5.81 | 17 | 246 |
| weight loss shots | 34,000 | 44 | $6.35 | 16 | 259 |
| semaglutide cost | 33,000 | 65 | $4.82 | 1 | 815 |
| tirzepatide brand name | 11,000 | 69 | $4.97 | 10 | 357 |
"glp 1 pills" is the row to sit with. 66,000 searches a month at a $10.51 CPC, and Ro is at position 18. The paid market has priced that click at more than ten dollars, which is as clear a signal of commercial value as this category produces, and the category leader is on page two.\n\n"peptides for weight loss" is the mirror image: 82,000 searches at difficulty 15, first position, and 604 visits. Difficulty 15 on 82,000 searches should not be possible, and the traffic figure tells you the SERP is resolving that query without sending clicks anywhere.
04
Where the flank is open
Ro is beatable in three specific places, and none of them require matching their spend.\n\nThe first is the pill formulation cluster. "glp 1 pills" at 66,000 and "glp1 pill" at 20,000, both above a $10 CPC, both held at position 11 or worse. Oral GLP-1 is the newest shape of demand in this category and the incumbent has not built for it.\n\nThe second is hair loss, which they treat as a secondary line. They sit at position 17 on "oral minoxidil", the same 45,000 search term Hims sits at 19 on. Two of the largest men's health platforms in the country are both on page two of a term worth $5.81 a click.\n\nThe third is the dosing playbook itself. It works, it is documented above in their own numbers, and it is available to anyone willing to build genuinely useful clinical content before they build the buying pages. Most brands do the reverse and then wonder why the transactional terms never arrive.
